Benghazi Housing Project has been realized at various plots of different sizes. When completed this project will give the city a contemporary face. Mar Mimarlık starting from preliminary concept design of the flats has designed plot layouts, composition of buildings made out of various sizes of flats and the shop drawings.

Housing Units will be constructed by utilizing Tunnel Formwork. Optimization of formwork taking into consideration housing types and construction details was done early in the design stage.
