The aim of İstanbul İstanbul Project was to provide a calm
environment to its residents in nature apart from the bustle of the city incorporating Mediterranean and Turkish Architectural elements in a village setting. Each element and detail was designed to create Mediterranean village
setting.
To create a settled village atmosphere and to avoid the monotony of other new developments with different architectural elements,
colors, details and shutters were used almost on all of the facades of all houses.
Although we have created unique village atmosphere, internal spaces of housing units were standardized and every modern amenity was provided.
An artificial lake of 9'000 m2 was created with bridges, waterfalls and islands. Village squares, sport areas, playgrounds was created to cater for various ages.
Our office has designed every aspect of the project from buildings, landscaping, under ground garages to signage. We have also coordinated and organized other design disciplines.
