After the successful completion of Phase I, we were asked to prepare concept design for phase II and III with input from sales office. We have also taken into account comments of Phase I dwellers and have improved our design.

Design of dwellings, which were favorites of Phase I were improved on and with the development of new house type K, we have created new Apartment Blocks. While we were developing the new phases we have tried to add new values to the project and for İstanbul İstanbul Residents life quality.

And also while developing the Site Plan we have introduced new elements such as a pier to new pond, a plaza to new housing block. These elements were designed so that all the inhabitants of the settlement can benefit from them.

Phase II and III settlements were designed with harmony of Mediterranean and Turkish Architectural elements and Phase I.
