İstanbul İstanbul Clubhouse a multipurpose building that will be serving residents of the compound and to their guests. Clubhouse is the aesthetic and social focal point of a neighborhood whose concept design was done by CMLA.

Building was  designed to accommodate the functions of a restaurant, bar, health center, open and enclosed sport clubs, recreation rooms and swimming pools. We believe that in consultation with our advisers and the operating group we have created a building of merit. This building will be ready for use in October 2001.
