These houses are located in Stupino village. The intention of settlement was to give a change to live near Moscow for the managers of Mars Factory. The houses were designed for long-term occupation. The owner gave the layout and the program. Houses were designed with CIS standards, reflecting local character in arrangement of the volumes and details. Limited duration of construction season was also a factor, which was taken into account.

For the completion of the construction, the local resources and the construction techniques were utilized so it was completed on time, without problems and with international standards. Internal finishing materials were mainly supplied from Turkey.
