Architectural Concept Design of this complex, which is developed and owned by Enka İnşaat ve Sanayii A.Ş., was selected by competition. We participated in spatial design of second and third phases integrating it with Pavaletskaya Square and Pavaletskaya Train Station, which are important elements on main ring road. This study was presented to MosProtetk and accepted.

We carried out various facade and spatial studies in cooperation with the Authors and Enka Project Group to find a solution that will be part of the neighborhood. Unfortunately due to economic crisis 1999 construction of block B (which is seen in middle of photo) was postponed.
