About Us

Three architects from İstanbul Technical University established Mar Mimarlık in 1993 to carry out architectural design and construction of their designs

Now permanent staff includes architects, interior designer, city planner, and various consultants and in collaboration with engineering and service design offices we have established a multi disciplinary office. This group has successfully completed various projects in country as well as internationally. In the last years we had the chance to mainly work on residential and commercial designs. Eston Ardıçlı Göl Evleri and Eston Deniz Evleri are examples for residential and Shaktar Donetsk Stadium VIP area are examples for restaurants (Either completed or in construction designs can be found under Projects heading.).

Mar Mimarlık in working with reputable Turkish Construction firm has acquired expertise in international design standards and has won first prices in international competitions. This expertise has been utilized to work with international firms who were carrying out designs for the local market.

Mar Mimarlık is functioning under three founding partners namely Architect Gülfem Karaer Alev, MA. Architect Gün Alev and MA. Architect City Planner Osman B. Elliiki.
